January 8th (13 days to GNCTR)
Welcome back folks! Only 13 days to competition and the team is very busy. The toboggan construction has finshed and we test run the toboggan tonight!

December 2014
The final team that will be attending competition has been picked. Thank you very much to all the members who have dedicated so much of their time to get us this far! Still lots more work before competition.
The toboggan has been sent to the welders and the skis are curing and have been sent off to be ground. The technical display is now complete (photos coming soon) and the design team is busy writing our technical report!

November 2014
Our final ski mix has been picked and we have pour all our skis (and spares) for our toboggan.
Our toboggan materials have been aquired and now are being cut to size.
The annual GNCTR team building socail was heal and was a great sucess. Lots of fun meeting new and old members and watching some varsity hockey!

October 2014
Sled designs are more or less complete! We are now busy building the various parts of our sled. Concrete pours are coming along as well as technical display builds.
Reminder that we are still looking for logo submissions for this year's sponsorship shirts!
Glad to see all the new tobogganers coming out to the events. We're still welcoming newcomers!

September 2014
We're back! The 2015 Annual General Meeting took place on the 15th. Join our mailing list to get info on upcoming builds and events. We've already held a few pours and Tech display builds with many more to come!

Preparations are underway for the 2015 team. Sled design has commenced and the theme has been decided!

April 2014
The 2015 team executive has been elected! A big thank you to all the hard work put in by the 2014 exec. The team welcomes Alex May as the 2015 Team Captain!
In other news the 2014 sled is now on display in NREF by the pedway to ETLC. Make sure to stop by and check it out!

March 2014
After the cleanup and wind down from competition the team put on a thank you dinner for all of our sponsors. Thank you to everyone who came out and for all of the support throughout the 2014 competition season!!

February 2014
The team has returned and recovered from the 2014 GNCTR competition. This year the University of Alberta GNCTR was awarded the CSCE Cup for the team with the overall highest score! Our team placed 1st for:

November 2013
Well the U of A has been initially registered for the 2014 GNCTR competition in London! Our concrete crew has been doing a fabulous job and ski pours will be occuring this month! The toboggan itself will be starting to take shape this month so stay tuned to come help out with that. It's set to be an exciting month so let's make it a good one!

October 2013
Well the year has kicked off nicely. We have had quite a few successful concrete pours, technical display builds, construction builds and costume builds! We were able to proudly display our award winning sled from last year at the Alumni Dinner and Engineering Expo! We are hoping to start having a few more team builders and events as the weeks pass.
